Steps to Create a Rule on e-mail server:
You can create a rule for incoming or outgoing emails on e-mail server by following these steps:
1) Log in to the SmarterMail web interface.
You can log in to Webmail using your mailbox name and password or directly through the control panel to manage all mailboxes as Postmaster.
2) Click on Settings
You can find the settings after logging into Webmail by clicking the "More" button and selecting "Settings" from the menu.
3) Content Filtering.
4) Name the rule and set conditions, such as:
- The sender contains a specific address.
- The subject contains a specific word.
- The email has a certain size.
5) Choose an action, such as:
- Move to a folder.
- Forward to another email.
- Delete the message.
- etc.
6) Save the rule by clicking Save.
Once the rule is set up, SmarterMail will automatically route emails based on your defined criteria.
