PREMIUM: Add custom domain

This article contains information about how to add your custom domain to Website.

WARNING You can add your own domain only to Premium Website.

Control panel

Open your Premium Website settings and go to Domains section and click to Add domain button.

Fill your domain that you want to add to your Premium Website.

DNS settings

Now you need to setup correctly DNS for domain to point to Premium Website.

a) Change NS servers for domain:
Our recommended settings is to setup our NS servers at domain registrar.

ns1.machineasp.net
ns2.machineasp.net
ns3.machineasp.net

After you setup this NS servers by your domain registrar, domain will be run from our hosting servers.

b) Update DNS records for domain:
If you don't want to change entire NS servers for domain, you can just setup necessary DNS records. You can find necessary DNS records in our Control Panel.

Here you can find DNS records that you need to setup on your current DNS provider.

For Website you need to setup A record [ mydomain.com ] that points to IP address and CNAME record [ www.mydomain.com ] that points to siteXXX.siteasp.net
